RESCUE

Rescue Diver $1150

The Rescue Diver specialty program teaches you the skills you need to protect yourself and other divers. You will learn how to identify stress, how to prevent accidents, and be taught practical techniques to conduct rescues and provide emergency care. With a combination of pool and open water practice sessions, you will become well prepared and confident at handling emergency and rescue situations.

Neptune’s Scuba Academy conducts all its courses on a private basis, which allows for a more intimate and personal learning experience. To book, simply call or stop by the shop. We will sign you up for your desired course and put you in contact with your instructor, who will create a schedule to match your needs. 

• Rescue diver course duration 4 days.
• Minimum age 12 years old.
• PADI Adventure Diver certification – must have completed the Underwater Navigation Adventure Dive.
• PADI Open Water Divers may participate in Knowledge Development and Rescue Exercises in confined water.
• EFR® Primary and Secondary Care training within 24 months. Training may be completed along with a rescue diver course.
